  IBMFCURSOS reserves the right to cancel events in whole or in part in the event of insufficient number of participants, program cancellations, organizational reasons, changes in the availability of speakers, force majeure or other unforeseeable events that make it impossible to hold the event and/or the penalty is not valid or that causes IBMFCURSOS to incur unjustified expenses in holding the event. IBMFCURSOS will immediately inform participants of such changes.

  If IBMFCURSOS cancels an event for organizational reasons or due to force majeure as described above, IBMFCURSOS will refund the registration fee for the event in full. Claims for other liabilities or damages are excluded. Participants will not be able to make any further claims and such claims will be excluded. This also applies to claims for compensation for travel and accommodation expenses and lost working hours.
